Hi to all.

I want to calculate the service life of an elevator(lift). I found the reference for category usage of lift but need to know if its reliable or not because it isn't for designing a lift.

ISO 25745-2:2015Energy performance of lifts.

or anyone know another refrence ?
Thanks alot

First define "service life".

Before it breaks down the first time?
Before it's first major overhaul?
Before you need to replace a motor or major lift component?
Before someone decides its obsolete or costing too much to repair??

As fir a ,"calculation", huge variables will give you a variable answer
