what will you do if the available 3-phase supply is 220v and the electric motor nameplate says that the voltage has 208-230v / 460v ?
 
Hook it up. Not sure what the problem might be.
 
See the nameplate for the lower voltage connections.
Are you sure that the supply is 220 Volts?
298-230v/460v implies 60 Hz.
220 Volts has not been a standard 60 Hz voltage in North America for about 60 years.
That motor is safe to use on 240 Volt systems.

Even if your voltage truly is 220V 60Hz, it's fine. NEMA motor design calls for +-10% of nameplate voltage, but these smaller motors that have a "tri-voltage" rating (208-230/460) are actually designed around 220V +15 -10% so that they are OK with a 208V supply that can go down to 198V, through a 240V supply that can go to 253V. So at 220V you are right in the belly of the beast so to spek.
