Motion Study Wheel

I am completely new to motion studies. I trying to get a wheel to just spin basically. I want it to sping like a wheel in isometric view, so just using the rotate wouldnt work. Do I use the motor command? It is an assembly, a wheel with theeth attached to it (like a digging wheel). Also using SW08.

Does the mating system allow the DOF for the wheel to be revolved manually?
