Hello,

I'm trying to get kind of gyroscope simulation

assembly is pretty simple: frame, motor (use motor from tools), motion wheel.
wheel is connected to the rotor, and motor is connected to the frame

first wheel is spinng really fast and than rapidly brake
I figured out how I can simulate rapid brake (by using step function)

unfortunately I don't know how to transfer angular momentum to the frame.

is there a way to simulate such behavior?
Do I need add brake system in my model?
could you please suggest me direction where i should move?

example of what I'm going to reproduce:
