...moments and angular constraints not enabled?

dear all,

I am a bit in a ...."aaargh" mode.

in the loads and moments windows, the moments are not enable. I can not introduce a torque, i can only apply a force.

Similarly, in the constraints window, the angular constraints are not enabled.. I can only fix in coordinate displacement, but not the angular displacement..

Does anybody have an idea of what is going on??
