Moment On Shaft Question

Sort of off the UG topic, but seeking help with gear box selection. I need to know how to determine the moment that a manual gear box will need to be applied to function with this trunnion weld fixture. I have attached a sketch of the free body diagram. Can anyone help me with this problem?
