I am used to having the momnet of ineria of rotating parts defined as wr2. recently I came across some data where it was expessed as GD2.

Can someone please explain.
 
wr2 is all I've heard of to. Maybe its metric? Let's hope some answer's your question. Wayne E. Lovison
