moment in flat surface

Hello,

I have a problem.
When i use a moment in the advanced simulation of NX8 i get fault messages.

ERROR
Load "Moment(2)" has an incompatible mesh.
SUGGESTION: Change the mesh or the load.

I think the load is the problem but i don't know how to use the moment function right.
I try to place a moment on a flat surface.
