For hot dip galvanized stud bolts , is it required to apply anti seize on threads prior to bolt tensioning ?

What is the correct coefficient of friction to use.
Lubricated or coated ?

The anti-seize lubricant/sealant, such as jet-lube, is typical for the thread bolting to facilitate the maintenance, such as bolting & dismantling, and against the corrosion.
