Modifying Abaqus default contact algorithm

Hello everyone,

I've been looking for two weeks in the Abaqus Manuals if there was any way of changing the default contact algorithm in Abaqus.
I'd like to use the Non-smooth Contact Dynamics Method, does anyone has a clue ?

Not sure that this type of contact method actually exists in Abaqus. Is there any reason why the default contact models in Abaqus are not adequate for your model?
