Modify Text Within Drawing

In the past I have created text in a model sketch and then modified the letter spacing, letter width, rotate, etc. (using the sketch tools => modify).
Is there a way to modify text the same way in a drawing? I have text that i need to mirror and rotate.

Any suggestions welcome. Thanks.

RMB the Annotation text in the drawing and there you will find "Move" "Copy" entities.
