Good day All,

At what condition do one need to model a well fluid as black oil in the absence of well fluid compositional data?
Is there a rule of thumb to determine flowline pressure when FTHP is available?

Thanks for your response in advance.

The bean (choke) size, fluid flow rate, FLTHP, Oil S.G, Gas S.G and GOR are available.

When the analysis of each suggests that the difference in the pressure drops, or other critical parameter of interest, is greater than the margin of error that you are prepared to deal with.
