Is there a way to model a relieving platform structure in STAAD or any other model?

The limitations I'm thinking of are how to model the connections? It'll be all shear which means releasing all the moments (?)

Also, NDS is not defined in STAAD.

Any feedback? or is there any other structural analysis tool to get the stresses in all the structural members (piles, bracings, etc.)
