Modelling Standards ASME Y14.41 & ISO16792

Is anybody aware of the status of these 3d modelling standards. My understanding is that they are due for issue in Sept and potentially will reduce the need for drawings by placing all information in the model. This can then be interrogated by manufacturing CNC/inspection software. I believe wildfire has enhanced support for these standards.
