Modelling seismic load for jacketed pipes

How to model properly static seismic load for jacketed pipe in CAESAR II. Do you have to apply uniform load for the core pipe and the jacket separately or there is another trick how to model seismic load.
 
You may ask yourself how the jacketted pipe behaves under a seismic load. The fact that you have a pipe within a pipe means that the acceleration applies to both pipes.
