Modelling and simulation of a solenoid actuator

Hi All,

Does anyone know how to use opera-2d( From Vector Fields on Unix) for simulation of Electromagnetic Fields?

I'm using the static Analysis program but I can't get any results even if I don't get any errors or warnings after generating the mesh. I'm really disturbed, I don't know whats wrong and the software doesn't tell u reasons why u're not getting any solution. I'll appreciate any help given
