I'm trying to model a pzt ring in ansys to do a modal/harmonic analysis. The first of possibly a few problems, is that I don't seem to be able to change the point mass. It defaults to the edge of the ring and it needs to be at its centre, so the modal analysis is waving at me like a beam. Any ideas what command to use? I'm using Mechanical APDL. Thanks. Antknee.

It looks like I need to use a "pilot node" with a mass 21 element, but I still don't really get it. It doesn't help that I tend to make models in AutoCAD and then import them, so the coordinate system in APDL is difficult to understand.
