ModelCheck Dictionary File

Hello all, I've been tasked with configuring ModelCHECK for our location and I'm having a problem.

I want to set up the library file so that everyone uses the same file on the network. Is this possible?

We are running Wildfire 5.0 build M060. We are using ENOVIA as our PLM software.
