Hi guys,

I am wondering, do the displacements that COSMOS reports in a modal analysis real? The values I am getting seem to be absurd. Is there a scaling factor that is used? Or is the only purpose of these analyses to determine the frequencies?

Thanks in advance.

Bill

Hi,
what is displayed is the eigenvector, normalized to mass.
