How Solidworks Motion Analysis function builder are used with examples

I'm Looking for some of good examples of solidworks motion analysis, uses the function builder for the motion generation. Can you please share the knowledge on how those of existing mathematical functions are made usable to define the motion for motor. I want to get some insights on the use cases of those given functions.
