Mobility data for ions

I work on ion exchange kinetics and i do a lot of conductivity measurements. At present, I am attempting to figure out how uncertainty in the solution concentration propagates to the measured conductivity. The relationship between conductivity and concentration is linear and the equation involves values of ionic mobilities of all the ions involved. I am writing to ask where I could find data for ionic mobilities of calcium, sodium and chloride ions.

I found the following values for the equivalent conductivity of single ions [cm**2/ohm]
0 18 25 50 75 degC
Na 26 43,5 50,9 82 116
1/2 Ca 30 51 60 98 142
Cl 41,1 65,5 75,5 116 160

and by dividing the particular value by F=96520 AS/g-eqv you will get ionic mobility at those concentration.
