Looks like Large assembly mode is on... is the file lightweight in the assembly? If so, try resolving it.

Otherwise I would lean towards looking at the video card once more.

SolidWorks Sercive Pack:sp3.1
Operating System & Service Pack: win2k v5 (sp4)
Graphics Card and Driver version: Nvidia Quadro fx500, 5.3.0.3
Amount of installed RAM: 1GB
Virtual Memory settings: APPS, total paging = 1500mb
CPU Type & Speed: intel pent 4 / cpu 2.00GHz

I tried a different driver thatn the 5303 once with no luck.
I think the card is certified.
Maybe it's too low end for the larger assemblies.
What'dya think?
