Minimum velocity

Dear All,

There are different threads about maximum limitation about pipeline velocity but I couldn't find any information about lower limit of velocity in pipeline on NFPA.
Is there any restrictions about minimum velocity? 3 m/sec is needed for flushing but could it be considered for whole system?

Per NFPA 13, there are not any minimum or maximum velocity requirements.
