Hello everybody.
I have flanges standard that fabricated according as standard flange (ASME 16.5) his raw material is SA 516-70, just missing stamping , is critical if did not stamping like ASME B16.5 request ?

What is minimum request for a flange to meet ASME B16.5?

Have you checked the requirements B16.5 spells out for this in chapter 4?

- You never get what you expect, you only get what you inspect.

Also, are these only blind flanges or reducing flanges without hubs? Refer to 5.1(a)(1).

Well do you feel lucky?

If the supplier hadn't attempted the flange with some sort of inspector, why do you believe that the flange meets the required specification??

Remember - More details = better answers
Also: If you get a response it's polite to respond to it.

"just missing stamping" .... tee-hee !
