Miniature Diaphragm Check Valve

Hi,

I am looking for a diaphragm or disc that can act as a check valve in a 1mm bore of a pressure vessel. The temperature is 400F and I would prefer the valve to be rated to 15 ksi, but the pressure can be equalized on either side of the check valve if needed. I have considered the duckbill check valves, but I would rather use a disc or diaphragm style valve that can be placed inside a small bore. I only need the seal , I do not need the entire valve assembly. Are there any sealing or miniature valve companies that can help?
