mini quarter-turn fastener

Hi!

Where can I find a little "quarter-turn fastener" for battery cover??

I would like to find a fastener like Garmin GPS or Magellan GPS have. There is a little metalring in the end of screw.

For example, DZUS -fastener is too big. Diameter of pin must be 2-4 mm.

If you know the manufacturer for those parts, please tell me!!
