I am looking for a spout/nozzle for filling milk/ post set yogurt into a 8/16 fluid ounce container. the container diameter range is 3 to 5 inches. I am looking for a manufacturer of the nozzle. 304 or 316 stainless construction required. The fill time is .6 seconds. We need to eliminate foaming and splashing.

Thanks

What does the connecting device look like that this nozzle attaches to?

Sincerely yours,
Leslie H. Howell

As a person who design filling machinery for the beverage industry I can offer the following information. Is the filler a volumetric style filler or gravity filler? The issues we see with speed of filling usually comes from bottle (container) sidewall design. In a semi viscous product I would think a "nozzle" that fills the container via the outer surface wall would be beneficial. Not a single flow nozzle directly in the center of the container. The sidewall design virtually eliminates foaming. This is the way fingernail polish and other viscous liquids are filled. If I can be of further assistance please contact me. Happy filling!
