MIGAS AND DEPKNER REGULATIONS 1

Guys good morning,
does anybody know if a pressure vessel designed according to ASME VIII Div. 1 is accepted by MIGAS regulations?
Particularly, does anybody know more about this MIGAS (Indonesian) code/regulation? And what are DEPKNER regulations?

I mean DEPKES...sorry but it is the first time a read such code!
Do you have any further information about them? Or do you know where I can more?
