Middle Mouse Button Not working

hi all i'm experiencing strange behavior of middle mouse button (which normally rotates the part)
overtime all my computers slowly got infects with this behavior and i dono how to fix it. Already tried replacing batteries. next i guess wired mouse. Also PC load on that critical CPU: 9% , Memory: 40%

Maybe some one can help?

Its a driver issue most likely, because SW doesn't control what your Mouse does. So try updating the driver.
