mid-stream project

I am working to an experimental heavy-oil upgrader project (mid-stream operation). We are utilizing CO2, H2O, Small amount of condensate, and a specialized catalyst. We did clean and upgrade the heavy oil, but the problem is we could'nt stabilize its high API (after a day of storage, it drops by 5 deg API). My question is, would the addition of condensate after processing will help? Lab shows it does, but not too long. Or do you have any suggestions that might help with our problem?

What about to use oilhot cracking to break the heavier carbon molecule?

We use a our own technology to upgrade oil still in the well.

what do you mean by oilhot cracking ( is it different from normal racking method?)can you expound that, and also its reaction mechanisms? By the way, we try ro do this with CO2 as a feed, because we have abundant supply of natural CO2 here in Alberta Canada.
