Has anyone ever used this option on the Trumpf lasers to hold in nested parts? If so, what settings did you use for the weld? I have no support from Trumpf on this issue. They do not have anyone who has used the option in this country.

when you are in "technology" it is much easier to use microjoint then microwield espesialy in smaller sheets (below 4mm)
I cut mostly SS and I use minimum 0.7mm microjoint

To use microjoint click on "contour parameters" then click on the contour you want to wield then you get a popup-window where microjoint is in the lower left corner, activate it and type 0.7mm then click OK, end then click all contoures once that you want to "wield"

I don't remember now what parameters I use on microwield but I think I used around 20-40mm nozzle standoff, focus around 0to-4 and wield time around 0.2-0.6sec all depending in sheet thikness

You should have got standardisation papers when you bought the machine on what they have tested to work on most common sheets.

Sorry for my bad spelling.
