What phases could be present in welded region.
Parent metal is TP316. What changes are observable in share structure. Image magnification is 100X

Your magnification is too low and what was the filler metal or was this an autogenous weld? The weld region is a completely dendritic structure against the 316 stainless steel base material.

Yup autogenous weld. This is the same image at 400X, Can you comment on the phases present in the weld region.

Mostly austenite with a network of ferrite.

First, that is a poor micro.
Second there will be mostly austenite with some residual delta ferrite.
And the austenite will be heavily segregated (see dendrites) with large variations in composition.
