microstation to autocad

I need to convert a couple hundred .dgn files to .dwg and .pdf files. i don't have microstation, can anyone recommend an inexpensive product and a source for it?

ACAD 2008 allows you to import DGN V8 files. Only just arrived a few days back so still looking at what's new. Looks good all the same.
