Micro piles

I have a renovation project of a mosque, the new extended structure needed micro piles.The casted micropiles seemed to have un even diameter (cast-in situ with out casing), mostly stirrups can be seen at about 2m depth from pile cut-off head. Can someone suggest me the implication of this so as rusts can be seen from the reinforcement randomly.What is the best solution?
