Mezzanine beams connection to Concrete columns

Dear all
I am designing a post fixing connection for Mezzanine steel beam to existing concrete columns
the post fixing connection fails ? Can any one share a better idea ?
column size 500mmx500mmX6mheight
Factored shear force on x direction beams = 100 kN
Factored shear force on x direction beams = 300 kN

how to deal combined effect in post fixing software. HILTI is designing only one side of the columns.
