i HAVE A SMALL STREAM (~90 LBS/DAY ) OF METHYL CHLORIDE VAPORS THAT i NEED TO DESTROY AT ~90-95% EFF.
WHAT ECHNOLOGY EXIST FOR THIS?

Depends on how much incondensible you have and what it is. You're probably looking a flameless thermal oxidation followed by a quench and finally caustic soda scrubbing.
