Hi,
This is my first post here, and I did a degree in physics but have been working in IT since qualifying so my knowledge is a little rusty.
I am trying to make a vibrating pad for a project, basically I want to produce a 100 Hz vibration in a 0.5 m^2 flexible (possibly rubber) pad. I have tried so far embedding speakers or a vibrating motor, but these are getting damaged my use, or are too bulky for the requirement of being flush to the pad.
I was wondering whether anyone could suggest how I could create such a vibration in a flat rubber mat which is flexible enough to be walked or sat on?
Many Thanks
T.
