method to calculate or approximate LOC

Hi all,

I´me looking for a way to calculate Limiting oxygen concentration.
thread798-144582 seemed prommising at first but the proposed method is flawed if comparing listed substances in NFPA69 with the suggested method.

Anyone got any idea?
