Does anyone have an SMP they can share that allows for changing conservation vents on Methanol tanks WITHOUT having to de-inventory the tank? We have a 250000 gal. MEOH tank that needs the vent changed out, but corporate engineering is trying to make us de-inventory the entire tank before we can do the job. Someone must have a documented procedure for allowing vent work to be performed on tanks containing flammable liquid. I'll take any help I can get with this.
