We have an application that we need to regulate the amount of Alumina flowing into an isostatic press. Regulation of quantity can be as simple as timing the opening of the valve. Amount of powder needed varies by end component produced. Powder is fed from hopper and is free flowing but abrasive (will probably need ceramic valve lining). Inlet can be upto 3/4" outlet should be 3/8" to 1/2" but this is not critical. Can anyone point us in a direction where to start, (manufacturers etc.) requirement may be upto 180 units. Any ideas?
