metal cut program

Is there any free/share-ware out there that will cut up sticks of metal for me to find out how many sticks I need based off of a BOM?
for example: I need (8) 37" long, (10) 72" long and (20) 18" long, how many sticks at 20' lengths will I need to buy?? (this is an example so don't waste time figuring..)
