Any one knows if Is It better make a mesh with tria o quad?

I think that the short answer is that in general the quad's would be considered the best. There are a number of reasons for that but that would be the short answer, quad's.

Hi

Yep, that's true. This is due to the shape functions because for quad elements there are mixed terms in the shape functions that better model bending.
