mesh of a segment of a sphere

Hii,I wanna know how can I make the mesh of a segment of a sphere without any troubles, I found a fatal message (9050), I think it could be an equivalence problem. Who can help me, pleaseee?

simple. make an arc, and revolve it with the correct number of elements in mesh control.
