Mesh influence on my job!!!!

Hi everybody!!!!
I need to know:
1) Which is the influence of the mesh on the stress distribution on my model?
2) Is it correct to use a quadratic element type to simulate a simple elastic model?
3) Why doing differents simulations on the same volume with the same conditions (load and constraints) changing only the Approximal Global Size i obtain a so different trend of my results (i'd like to find a theoretical max stress value for my structure so i do different simulations with an increased number of tet)?
