Mesh deletes after instance suppressed and resumed

Hello
I am new to ABAQUS.
Recently when I supress an instance and then resume it again the mesh I have previously created disapears (mesh empty)!
Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong? This has only recently started being a problem so I dont understand why is happens some times but not other times..
Please help, its very frustrating!
