MEMS electromechanical modeling with ANSYS

Hi,
Has anybody modeled a capacitive element with contact between two electrodes with ANSYS?
I need to model a capacitor with contact between moving plate and dielectric layer, and I am stuck! ESSOLV dies not work with contact.
