Analysing beam on soil in ANSYS

Do you know generally how to analyze structures on soil and just need to know stuff specific to Ansys, or do you need to learn how to analyze structures on soil in general? I ask because this isn't the correct forum for this question, but the correct one kind of depends on your answer to the question.
