Use the show forces/stresses button on the top of your screen to go to Frames/Cables, pick your load case or combo and display your moment diagram (Moment 3-3 is major moment). You then can right click on any frame to see shears, moments and deflections along the frame, as well as see the length fo the frame. You have to do this one frame at a time unless you use output tables.
