Anyone aware of any published guidance on using meggers (MegOhm Meters) to check aircraft wiring insulation (and connectors) on aircraft wiring?

Catching up to an old post... sorry if it's too late to matter.
Does the aircraft in question have an "ESPM" or Electrical Standard Procedures Manual?

Thanks, I eventually did find it in the Airbus ESPM found nothing in a Boeing SWPM though. It's under insulation testing and they call it a megohmmeter.
