Has anyone got or know where I can get information on megasonic cleaning, preferably types of circuit needed to run at these high frequencies.
Any help would be appreciated.

years ago I came across some Soviet research info on high power ultrasonics (refereences forgotten)at the Univ. of Ky Engr. library. I bet a request to a local engr. library or a search on the 'net would help. Lotsa variables involved!

Thanks, I will try and dig up what I can with the info supplied. Meanwhile if you do here anything else about the subject, please let me know. The more info the better by the looks of things!
